Welcome to TimeTracka ("the Website"), operated by Phillip Seidler trading as TimeTracka.
By accessing or using our website and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the website or register for any events.
TimeTracka provides digital registration and timing management for sports events.
Users may create an account, register for an event, and complete payment through our secure online payment gateway.
All payments are once-off and tied to a specific event registration.
To register or make payments through TimeTracka:
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
- You agree not to impersonate another person or provide false identity information
- All payments are processed in Namibian Dollars (NAD) unless otherwise indicated
- Payments are securely handled through our authorized third-party payment processor
- Once a payment is successfully processed, a confirmation email or receipt will be sent to the registered email address
- TimeTracka does not store or have access to full card details
Please refer to our separate Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.
In summary:
- Payments are generally non-refundable, except where an event is canceled by the organizer or a duplicate payment occurs
- Refund requests must be submitted to support@timetracka.app with proof of payment
- No physical goods are shipped or returned
Event organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, venue changes).
In such cases, TimeTracka will communicate any updates on behalf of the event organizer and facilitate applicable refunds where eligible.
Users agree to:
- Use the website only for lawful purposes
- Not engage in fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or data tampering
- Maintain the confidentiality of their account information
- Ensure all provided details (including payment details) are accurate and current
TimeTracka acts as a facilitator between event organizers and participants.
We are not responsible for:
- Event cancellations, postponements, or alterations made by third parties
- Any loss, injury, or damage sustained at an event
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeTracka and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable Namibian data protection regulations.
By using the site, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information for registration, communication, and payment purposes.
All content on this website, including logos, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to TimeTracka.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.
In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to contact TimeTracka directly at support@timetracka.app.
All disputes will be handled in accordance with Namibian law. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
Any legal action shall be brought in the competent courts of Namibia.
