Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

TimeTracka provides a once-off event registration service for sports and timing events. All payments are processed securely via our authorized payment gateway. By completing a payment on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy.
All event registration payments are non-refundable, except in cases where:
- An event is canceled by the organizer
- A duplicate payment was made in error
In the event of cancellation by the organizer, participants will be notified and refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Refund requests for duplicate payments or errors must be submitted in writing to support@timetracka.app within 7 days of the transaction. Proof of payment and registration details must be included.
Registrations are confirmed immediately upon successful payment and cannot be canceled by the participant once processed.
If an event allows substitution or transfer of registration, this will be communicated by the event organizer and managed via the TimeTracka system where applicable.
Since TimeTracka provides digital registration services, no physical goods are shipped or returned. Therefore, a "return" process does not apply.
TimeTracka maintains detailed transaction and registration records as proof of service delivery. Customers are encouraged to contact support@timetracka.app directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
All disputes will be handled in accordance with card network and acquiring bank policies.
